How to get over a crush you see at work

Hey guys I posted a question last Friday regarding a girl who I had a crush on for about a year that was in a relationship with another man. After reading the responses I decided that it would be best to move on and cut all contact with this girl. But how should I go about it without looking like a douche or a sulking kid who didn't get his way? I see her every Friday and I want to know what is the best way to go about it when she sees me?

I know you feel awkward about it, but it's a business relationship and all you have to do is act professional and polite. Avoid personal conversation. Avoid any contact that you can. In business, we all have to act like we like a lot of people we don't care about for one reason or another. Take care of business and keep it as brief as you can while still being professional.

yeah ^^^^^ but do u still have feelings or desires for her ???? Not giving in to that is the hard part, I can't do it yet.

Only solution really is to be around more girls, and meet some of them, for me thats the only thing blocking a crush right now

^ Yes, getting refocused is what will help more than anything. Believe me, I know how hard it is. Under the very worst circumstances, I worked side by side with an ex-bf after a messy breakup involving him with one of my friends, and that went on for 10 years and I love/hated him the whole time but hid it successfully for most of it and then there was one close encounter after his divorce, but I held the line. It was torture. I had to learn to compartmentalize and just refuse, refuse to think about personal stuff, but the hardest was when he'd walk by close to me, towering over me and I'd feel that attraction like a drug.

The answer is always to go do things you enjoy with or without if necessary people you enjoy and just move forward.
