I quite smoking

Ok, so I have taken the plunge. I quite smoking, almost a week ago. The first few days, I was ok, all things considering. But now I have found that slowly I am starting to replace food with my cigarettes. And I dont want to gain weight, I have worked so hard to lose the almost 20lbs that I have lost and to get to the point where I almost like the way I look in the mirror. So does anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to HOW to pass these new "cravings"? And I cant chew gum, I have a cavity on one side, and just dont like to do gum.

As soon as anyone at the meeting starts to tear my argument apart, I'll remember to give myself a quick rub then stand up and smell my fingers whilst responding to my opponent calmly and with poise.

Good for you!! Keep on going.

Now, make sure to drink alot of water, and eat fruit. You can't get gain alot of weight if you eat fruit.

Get that cavity fixed and then you can chew on straws or something seeing as you don't like gum.

I can't stop laughing at your last signature!
