Do you work in an office? I think slouching over a desk all day would contribute to it (gravity pulling your nipples down). 3 sessions of 10 minutes aerobics a day, progressing to 2 sessions of 30 minutes should help. I got an exercise DVD to help me - choose your sexy lady instructor
I am a nurse and I agree with a prev answer: GO TO A DOCTOR -- NOW! Don't SUFFER for NO REASON !!!!! You can be MEDICALLY TREATED & it will seem like you've had your own PERSONAL MIRACLE -- as medicine today can correct this problem! Bon-Chance (French for GoodLuck!).
I saw this the other night on television. Like Tony T says it could be gynecomastia. The surgery to fix it was fairly cheap compared to other major operations, i think it was like $7,000. Insurance might even cover it
Hey, you can use search engines just like everyone else. You have to watch what information you read on the 'net. It's not all accurate. NIH or the CDC can be relied on for medical matters.

it depends on his age. if he is still developing then meds can help, but much of the tissue hardens. i just saw this on a plastic surgery program on discovery health channel. they were discussing exactly this point and the doctor said most of these cases require surgery.
all of this is assuming it's legitimate gynecomastia
