4825.38 miles apart.. think you can top that?

My LDR is extremely painful due to the fact that my love lives in europe... while i'm stuck on the west coast of North America....

and, its not like an internet thing... we met camping.. and she's come to visit several times (she hassome family here)

So... can anyone beat that? does anyone have a relationship with someone over 4000 miles away?

I sure can top that! We are 11,107 miles apart! More than double yours.

Is one of you planning to move to the other some time?

Does your partner live on Mars, or something!? That's pretty far I must say. I thought the farthest two points should be about 5 000 miles apart.

The circumference of the earth at the equator is 24,901.55

So 12,450 or so would be the farthest. You'd both have to live at the Equator, though.

New York to Sydney is 9935 miles. Then flying to another city adds the rest.

5,960 miles is mine with my girlfriend.
It's been going on for over 6 months. It's going well.

We've grazed over the distance issue. Planning on visiting her in december, to see if it all pans out.

i've been there and done that and could had not survived. it took me 4 years till i got out of it. imagine i'm all the way in the u.s and my ex boyfriend is all the way in middle east so imagine the hell i've been through. its tough but eventually i,m the one that broke it off. For who ever is out there surviving in this kind of relationship that is LDR good luck. if not please share some of your stories on how you survived the distance.
