Yes she is female and technically she is a woman but I think I have reconciled my animosity towards the female gender with my love for my fiance. She may be a woman in the physical but mentally she is as far from female as could be and that is why I can seperate her from other women.
Maybe you could think of her as a koala. Or a penguin, those are fun.

So she lacks the feminine mental instinct to love, nurture and take care of you? I take it she's very stoic, quiet, unanimated, drinks beer then rolls over and falls asleep. What happens when she is no longer a woman in the physical too? She might lose her curves and gain a beer belly. "She" will become "it".
I would have to say the OP hasn't reconciled his woman issues, then.

Women do not love and nurture men. They enjoy chewing us up and spitting us out.
