Know any good stress and/or anger management books?

Hey Everyone

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any good stress management and/or anger management books that are out there. I feel completely out of control right now and I need to take my life back over again, so I'm really interested in a good book that can help me along my way. I tried going to the book store, but its all just a jumble of titles and authors. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Google 'Psychological self-help' and, when you find the online book, search for 'anger' and read the chapter. There's a lot of information about the causes of anger and each section has references to books.
