Why don't you just call the ex and tell him the Brittanyjean he sees on LS (if he looks) is not you? The simple solution is always the best one.

I'm afraid the answer is no BJ. I've seen people ask many times. One of the things to remember is that what you post becomes public material, up for the consumption of the masses.

Unfortunately LS will only remove references to specific people or other such references.

The bulk of your posts will stay up.

If you're really concerned, best thing to do would be stop using that account and come back as something less obvious. But you can't get rid of all your previous posts.
