Should I leave the past in the past?
When I was about 15, I was good friends with a guy named matt. We used to talk on the phone for hours, we snuck around behind my parents back and hung out a few times and he even told me he loved me once. I think we may have become something more than friends, but my parents forbid it and I ended up moving away and losing contact with him. Now, 6 years later, I'm getting divorced, and I wonder what could have happened if I hadn't have moved. I found out where matt works and I really want to contact him, but I'm afraid he'll think it's weird that some girl he knew when he was a teenager is calling him, after so many years. Should I try to get up the nerve to call him, or should I just leave the past in the past?
