I saw him after school today.. i didn't even talk to him or anything. I saw him from about 100metres off and as soon as i saw him i ran as fast as i could into the nearest shop.. then i hid in the corner of the shop and started shaking really badly and trying not to cry.. i must have looked like such an idiot now i feel like i'm back at square one. Blah! how am i ever going to get used to seeing him around?

*Big Hug* Hey girl...I know what you are going through. My ex and I broke up going on five months now (wow) and just the idea of seeing him scares the bejesus out of me. I can't even go into the neighbourhood where he lives (I moved out and now live in a different area of the city). On Sunday afternoon, I took the bus to visit a friend and had to go by the apartment block. I sat there with my eyes closed for a little while as we drove through. It is still painful. Take care.

To me a person who cries always looks their most BEAUTIFUL...never ever an idiot...It MEANS you are SENSITIVE and full of emotions that too many try to hide and suppress...You will GET use to seeing him and one day you will even laugh about it when you do....

I know what you are going through as well.... the last time I saw my ex, she was arriving at an intersection that I was waiting for a light at. I immediately pretended to get a cell phone call and looked in a different direction. Luckily, the light changed within a minute, and I continued to look in a different direction as I drove away.... I didn't really see her through the reflection in her windsheild -- thank goodness! I have no idea if she noticed me, but I was pretty hard for her to miss.

I remember that my heart started pounding hard in my chest and my blood pressure shot through the roof! It took me all day to calm down after that.

That was about 1 month ago.

Its ironic -- I so much want to see her, yet I so much don't.
