There's this girl at my work. The first time I set eyes on her I had the hugest smile on my face, it was so weird, and even when i made eye contact with her. I've been wanting to talk to her so bad but i just dont know how. I mean, i have no problem talking to girls, i've had many girlfriends in the past, its just HER. I don't know why, she is just so adorable. The thing is, that she looks very shy. She never talks to people around her, and she never talks. My friends dont know why i like her so much, they say "She's not even cute really". But i think she is the most cutest girl i have ever seen, just looking at her puts the biggest smile on my face. we even have the same style. and plus, i cant stop thinking about her. what's wrong with me??? im too young to feel this way! I'm no creep or anyting, but i feel there is something different about this girl. It's just i dont know how to talk to her. What do i do? jsut go up to her and say something. the best way to meet people i think is through friends. but i dont know how i should talk to this shy, innocent, private girl. My friend says she is only 16 (which is my age) and droped out of school. But why?? I dont know how to talk to her, its so weird i never have problems like this, she just looks very shy, and still the most gorgeous girl i have ever seen. Can someone give me advice??

Why don't you show her this huuuuge smile on your face you speak of and say Hey? Don't talk it up to me a massive thing. Just say hello.

You say she's shy but you seem to be pretty shy around her too by what you've posted. Just quietly talk to her, ask her how her day is so far etc etc.
