How Do I Loose Weight On My Face?

I have a very tiny body frame except i have...well..... oversized boobs for my body and ive also recently put on alot of weight through depression overeating etc and its spread allover my body not just on the hips or tummy. My face is chubby too and when i lose weight i see it in my body but not in my face....does anyone know how to loose weight on the face pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaase ????thanks.

I have the opposite problem. I'm small built as well, and when I loose a little weight it always shows in my face first. Its the most noticable place. I would say loosing weight all over will also make your face loose weight as well. It might depend on how much weight you're talking about loosing all over before you can notice it your face.

You cannot do spot reduction. In other words, you cannot lose weight in one subject area. The body decides where fat gets burned from. If you lose enough weight, your body will have no choice other than use fat from your face.

Yeah i have also gained weight due to " well depression i guess"......go to google and look up face exercises! maybe that will work

my boobs are way to big for me to, hahahah
