Me and my girlfriends one month anniversay is coming up, and I know it isn't a major milestone but I don't know what to do to celebrate it. Do I get her a gift, take her out to dinner, both? I'm new to this that is why I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions?

I'm guessing that you mean one month since your first date. If so, I wouldn't do anything. You don't have enough time in with this girl to be celebrating a "milestone" such as this. It could have the opposite effect that you intend. If you make it past the two month mark (i.e., you don't make any mistakes), and she asks you to be exclusive, then take her out for a nice dinner.

I wouldn't do anything major. If you want to give her something, maybe a single rose or something small. Otherwise I'd just make sure you mention it to her, show you are aware of it and say what a great month it's been etc.
