I no longer have PMS - try this

I have never suffered terribly with PMS or period pains, it was bad enough to make me aware that I had to watch my mood and make sure I didn’t fall into a pit of unreasonable grumpiness. The pains were bad enough to wake me in the middle of the night and not allow me to get back to sleep unless I took painkillers. I did used to feel very tired, even a bit fluy for the first day.

However, for the last 6 months or so, I have been sprinkling sunflower seeds, linseeds and pumpkin seeds on my lunch 5 times a week. The last few months I have realised I have had no PMS at all, and my period starts with no warning at all, no pain, none of the usual symptoms. I am assuming it’s the seeds, I started having them for lunch because they make my lunch much tastier, but the effects have been amazing. I am vegetarian so the omegas they contain are quite valuable to me – I wasn’t expecting the PMS going too.

Try it, but give it a good few months before you expect results

Pumpkin seeds are high in magnesium and manganese, Sunflower seeds have a lot of vitamin E in them as well as magnesium and manganese, and linseeds/flax seeds are very high in Omega 3s. PMS sites will recommend magnesium and vitamin E to help so it's very possible that you're getting enough of both in the seeds to notice an effect.

I have had a quick look at linseeds this morning on the internet and have read that they have a regulatory effect on hormones, so could well be a combination of all the benefits.

whatever it is, its worked for me.
