Any advice on going for bankruptcy cause i just can't keep up with my bills.I will admit i was very foolish and used my cards dumb but i'm willing to deal with what comes from bankruptcy just so these calls can stop.

The laws have recently changed regarding bankruptcy.. it's very hard to file now. Have you tried other routes such as debt consolidators?
