was I totally wrong?
Up until two weeks ago I had lived with my boyfriend for almost a year. Something happened to make me suspect he'd been talking to his ex, and when I confronted him, he immediately admitted to talking to her a few minutes a week. I strongly suspected he was holding back the truth from me, so I went online and got into his cell phone records. Yeah, I know that wasn't the greatest thing to do to my boyfriend ... but it was a real eye opener. He'd been calling her every day non-stop since a month after I'd moved in with him. I confronted him with his cell bill invoices, and called him a liar to his face. He claimed they were just friends, nothing was going on, blah blah blah.
I got pretty irate, because he had made a lot of broken promises to me. I moved out because of those broken promises, and he's having a hard time forgiving me for snooping into his cell phone records. How else would I have found out the truth? He sure wasn't throwing any Truth out on the table for me.
I know I'm not totally in the right here ... but does anyone else think I'm at least partially justified in what I did?
