after so long...dreamt abt the ex and his new girl

i dreamt that out of nowhere i bumped into her and she was wearing the tinyest shorts ever...and he was with her...and they were hugging and kissing...
and he told me all the reasons why her body is so much better...why she is so much better....

Yeah those dreams can just come out of nowhere and really kick your ass. Actually I had one of those recently. I was hooking up with a friend of my ex's and during the night when we were a sleep I said my ex's name while talking in my sleep. We don't hook up anymore and I am sure my ex knows all about it. That sucks. My advice to you is to not sleep. Actually you should look into a thing called lucid dreaming. there are a few techniques you can use to set yourself up for a powerful vivid dream that you can control.
