Okay so everyone...
My ex and I broke up about 6 weeks ago.. And weve had NC for about 5 weeks now.
Until Today...
For a while now I've been asking her to return my stuff to the lobby of my building... I asked her 3 times in fact and everytime she said she would and then would never return them. I was calling her asking by the way. Finally I ran into her and got some things back, but she mentioned she had more stuff in her basement.
So just today she text me saying, "hey do you want me to bring those things from my basement over tomorrow, and do you have a few of my belts by any chance?"
So I text her back saying "how about I drop them off tonight"
She said she's sick and is not well enough to come down to the lobby.
I'm going on the road for the weekend and coming back monday so I said im coming back sunday.
She said " Okay we'll return our stuff then on monday night then
" With a smiley face...
I said sure...
She said "well have a good weekend and hope the appartment is getting there...are you getting excited?"
Anyway I cut it short and said I gotta go and have a good weekend.... that was it.
What does the smiley face mean... Do you think she is trying to suck up and be nice by asking about the appartment and being all nice... or Is pretending like she is fine and everything is okay?
God There goes my weekend...
