what stage of divorce is this?
What stage of the divorce are you in if the husband is ordered to get out of the marital house and the wife moves in with the child? She lived with her parents and then all the sudden she moves in the house and he is out? Is this a stage? It was not voluntary, he was ordered out. By the way, this was two yrs a go and supposedly, they cannot agree on things and still are not divorced. Does that happen? 2 yrs later? no divorce?
