Group Interview

Hmmm, Vans (Shoe store) just called me for a group interview for this Friday.

I was wondering...
1) What should I expect in a group interview

and most importantly,

2) What should I wear?

It's a casual store, so I would think dressing in fancy black pants and a sophisticated top would be way overdone. I was thinking, nice jeans and....well, I have no clue about the top.

Any suggestions? Please & thank you!

Did you ask why a group interview was necessary?
What's the position for?

Take notes on your interview. Make sure you jot down all the important things and do not discuss things not related to the job. (Don't volunteer info).
Don't be afraid to ask for clarification to a question.
Don't be nervous. Accept your fear but do not cave into it.

Last but not least, don't forget to ASK for the job if you want it. So many people come see me every day and NEVER ask for the job. Companies do not assume that you want the job just because you interviewed.

Be sure to follow up with a thank you letter expressing your interest in the job.
