Question I have a bad odor in my mouth.... please help!

Hi everyone, I have a bad problem. I have very very bad breath and I think that is the reason that I don't have a boyfriend. I have a problem with my gutts and that is what causes my horrible rotten odor in my mouth. It is out of my control.

I have kissed a boy before and then I never heard from him since. This was just a week ago. I am so self concious that I don't know what to do? When I am on the bus, the people in front of me ask each other "what is that rotten stench" when I talk. I know that it is very apparent and I don't know what to do. I've even taken garlic pills that are supposed to eliminate bad breath from within. I have seen a doctor about it and they have no soultions for me. What do I do? I even tried to mix some hard alcoholic beverages to kill the bacteria from inside... I even tried to mix some Jesus Juice and still nothing. Please help! Does anyone have this problem??? Help me please!

See a dentist, not a doctor. Often, mouth rot smell can be caused by gum disease.

I'm not sure about garlic pills and hard alcohol helping Chewing on parsley can sweeten the breath, and people often do that to counteract the effects of garlic.

When you visit the dentist, also ask for an appointment with the hygienist to check that you're brushing properly. Too vigorous, and your gums will bleed, which doesn't help matters. Same goes for flossing. You need to do it - but gently.

If you have stomach problems, I'm surprised your doctor couldn't help you. You need medical advice on that, but I think it's fair to say that alcohol is unlikely to cure the problems. I'd ask to be referred on to a specialist.
