I wrote this poem for my girlfriend! i added a bit of funny n romance in because she likes it but i jus wondered wether shes'll like it.
What do you all think?

The first time I saw you I fell in love,
Your eyes were shining like the stars above.

I wanted to hold you close, hold you tight,
I need you with me, I need you all night.

I thought I had a chance to show you my other side,
But you wanted someone else, I could of broke down and cried.

That night when we first kissed,
I was so happy, even though I was pissed!

Everyday from then I felt so happy,
Every time I saw you my knees went trembly.

I hoped I could be with you, to make you smile,
And one day maybe I could walk with you up the aisle.

It feels kind of strange to love my best friend,
But id prefer to be your boyfriend.

Now that I’m in love with you,
I wish you could see yourself from my point of view.

Then you’d understand why your all I need,
I’ll love you forever if you’ll love me…. Agreed?
