I cant stop thinking about this girl...would this plan work??
Oaky its been 4 months now and i still cannot stop thinking about my ex!!!! i try so hard not to, everyday her face pops in my head and i immidiately try to turn on loud music or something to get my mind off of her. Its been 4 months! Gee wiz!! you think you'd be over a person by now, but heres my plan
Should i just keep on thinking about my ex? Until i get soooo bored that i will have to stop thinking about her.
Someone once told me that "If someone is stuck in your head, maybe they are meant to be there".

I think that if there isn't any chance you're going to get back together with her, then you need to move on and find someone else who's worthy of your time and thoughts..

Thinking about her like this is only making you hurt more. Desire and want her more. Let go. I know it will be hard but why are you doing this to yourself??? It's gonna drive you NUTS if another 4 months go by and you're still thinking of her in that way.
Be happy for the times you spent together, feel lucky that she was in your life.
Meet new people, hang with friends, GO and have a fun time! Party it up, see movies, laugh, shoot pool etc... Then when you're least expecting it someone new will walk into your life.
The other thing is your mind is used to thinking of her so naturally now your brain just does it. Now you need to 'untrain' the brain to STOP and refocus somewhere else!

Hang in there! You CAN do this!
lol trust me, ive tried to let go, ive tried everything...this girl just made such a huge impact on my life. I dont know what it is about her, lol i know this sounds really sad but i dont know what else to do.
I do out hang out with my friends, hang out with girls and have a blast! but at the end of the night i just sit and wonder what shes doing and if shes doing fine, and hoping no guys take advantage of her. I used to always check my phone before i go to bed just "Incase" but ive stopped doing that.
I dont know what else to do....i want to stop thinking about this girl as much as a man on a desert wanting water.
is there something wrong with me lol?

There might be a chance of us getting back together, but the thing is i dont want to take that chance, i want to move on with my life...i still like her so much, and i care for her A LOT!! but i just dont wanna date her again.
sounds crazy huh?
I just want her out of my head lol
Theres just so many things that brings back memories...

That's exactly what you do. When you find yourself thinking about her, you yell STOP (to yourself) and think about something else.
