How much water should we drink?

So I have been wondering how much water should you drink a day??? Does it depend on your wieght???

ok what a consindence, 20/20 just showed the 10 myths about food, and #1 was about how much water to drink.

well, they said that you really dont have to drink the 8 glasses of 8oz water a day, its a myth, the body gets water from other drinks, such as coffee, tea, juice, fruits, etc.. most of the food has water in it. so when the body gets thirsty it will let u know, so there is no standered amount of how much water to drink.
