I have Tylenol PM which knocks me out but I save that for a last resort.

First I try drinking warm milk or tea. And Actually if I drink a little bit of Cuban cofee it knocks me out.

I spray lavender on my bed and pillow cases..they say it helps you rest and sleep better.

If not i watch TV until I can feel my lids get heavy. If all else fails Tylenol PM!
