SS sorry about your divorce. DO whatever you need to do to feel better...Listen to music, (Clocks by Coldplay is an amazing song to listen to - Good, down, indifferent mood - It is just a fitting song!) write what is in your heart as well. That will help lighten what thoughts need to come out of you.
Exercise daily, get out with friends and remember everything happens for some reason, good and bad...Take the good and work with it when the time is right.
