Alright, basically here's the story. I've been going out of my way to see her once a week for this club thing just to see her, however i'm shy so i could never say anything. A little over a week ago she mentioned her friends setting her up with someone and they're going out now (this is on MSN btw), so i've been going to this thing since a little past christmas and then she told me this a week ago, the night after i sent her an email because i don't have any other contact with her than that (did i mention this is the bosses daughter?), and MSN would just result in long pauses, so email sounded perfectly because i can't take it back then. So i told her i like her and still going to this club thing, however i can't even talk to her anymore.. And she seems happy with this guy even though from what i've seen, he comes in, doesn't even say a word to her, stays for 15 minutes (talks to some friends) and leaves without a word. I thought i just liked her but it seems to be developing to more than that now that I know she's out of my reach, so i'm jealous of this guy because he's with the girl i've fallen for but i can't even say anything because i don't want her to feel sorry for me or jeopordize anything with their relationship. Nothing's changing as day's go by except i'm just getting more and more upset, i don't even know if she likes me or not, she's been inviting me places since around christmas even after she left the company, unless she was just leading me on for no reason... Help me please

Someone beat me to her, i'm playing the nice guy and my life is getting destroyed...

Another note, i've never had a girlfriend before or ever had to deal with something like this, was contemplating on whether or not i should even be asking others about it, but i'm open to any suggestions...
