has anyone experienced what i did, asked a girl out she says no-later find ouit i as a college student is gettng funny looks and smiles from girls who are my classmates-gossiping. uhhh so embarassing. i mean its one thing to act as courageous and ask her out and next to get these smiles like i am some pervert, playa, which i am definetly not. i don;t now what i did wrongi was not acting stupid or perverted or anything, i did confront her about it but just looked the other way.

ok i think with what i did wrong is asking a gal out way too early without getting to now her first, all i did was make small talk wiht her-about courses she and i took. maybe i should have flirted and courted her more. the first time i talked to her she did seem interested and receptive-taltive to me. i don;t now but this is my first time for asking a gal out and got a NO. i hope my next ones would be yes.
i think it also has to be with status and who u are. if u are a loner like myself and don't associate with not many ppl-as in a group opf freinds u care considered uncool. pretty much u have to be in the IN crowd which would give u the advantage. u have to dress the dress and have the freinds and the group of ppl u hang with -be it skaters, nerds, the cool asians-wearing kappa, nike shoz......

I don't think it was a mistake to ask someone out without getting to know her better. Girls say yes to guys at clubs and grocery stores! And if you had waited then you'd wonder if the other guy hadn't got to her first scenario. I do agree though a lot of it in college has to do with what crowd your in. As you get older though and out of school life gets less superficial.

teh funnty thing was i was at this forums askin ppl for advice and all u members told me was to just ask her out and never said anything about making and being her frend and talkin to her first. .... since i had the vibes she was interested in me -receptive, always looking at me for some reason. i never even now when is the right time to ask her out. you guys hould have told me to talk to her more. what kind of things does a guy say to a gal classmate of his if he wants to flirt with her examples please.
