
yeee-aaaahhh.... go on the tv show "Survivor"......KIDDING!!! You didnt put it on that fast, it aint coming OFF that fast. Walking is a great,low impact way to lose weight.Pull out the treadmill/quit using it as a clothes rack(you know who you are) and start walking.If no treadmill, start doing stairs.if only a few steps in your house, do a series of repetitions---WORK UP A SWEAT!! put on some good techno/dance music and MOVE!!when you vacuum! cut down on carbs,eat more protein.Less bread & crackers/more tuna and chicken. I lost a lot of weight but it was hard...I didnt count calories or any of that crap, I ate two healthy meals a day(no breakfast for me but coffee & FF creamer) and it was salads,canned tuna with VERY little LF mayo,a pickle or two. Made batches of chili(LOTTA beans high protein&filling) with no meat.I did that EVERYDAY and then on either Fri or Sat, I would break free and eat "normal"---ice cream(small ammount),turkey dinners,pizza.Like it was a treat to myself.
