Ex Wife Problems

Help! I've been divorced for about 7mo, a non contested divorce, I let her have everything she wanted even though she made more money than I did. I did not want the divorce. Ok right before the divorce she combined our car loans, I was not prepared or even thinking divorce so I didn't mind it we were married and everything was as one. Well I'm divorced now and our car loans are still combined for about 3.5 yrs split right down the middle which is unfair since her car payment was about 250 more than mine and now I'm taking up her slack and struggling finically while she goes out with new guys. I cant afford to go out on dates. OH WELL. My question is how do I get her do split the loans up so we only have our daughter together , the bank treats the loans like its two. She is screwing me and all I want is to move on with my life. I already pay child support I think thats enough.
Any advice on what I should do would be VERRY helpful

hmmm

yes, i can tell that she left you high and dry here but you let her have whatever she wanted in the divorce and she has no respect left for you.

just call her up and tell her you are only paying for your portion of the car loan but then again you may not have a legal leg to stand on since you already agreeed to pay 50% of the combined loan.

why did u agree to that??? you may be too "nice" for your own good.

You can ask her for a change, but I predict that it will not be successful. Sounds like a $10,000 problem, so you may want to see a lawyer and (try to) get it corrected. If you were represented during your divorce, and this was agreed to without any counterbalancing adjustment elsewhere, then I'm afraid your lawyer muffed it big time.

Debts incurred during the course of the marriage are considered community property, and both spouses are equally responsible for the debt.

I got shafted financially in my divorce and am delaring bankruptcy.

Thanks for the replys
I was an emotional wreak during and after the divorce and did not want to fight I also thought that she would not screw me, WELL I'M AWAKE NOW.
As I said in the original post the divorce was uncontested and I did not have representation I know thats pretty stupid but I was really hurting.
It just seams like their is something that could be done about this loan.
If she was truly done with the relationship and wanted me out of her life completely like I do she would split the loan so we would have no other reason to communicate other than out daughter.
I think she feels hurt and wants to hurt me back anyway possible but don't get me wrong I'm no punk weeping about the past I just want to move on.
I loved my family but its out of my hands I HAVE to move on and I have new home, good job new female friend but my ex wont let it end.
she must really hate me.
P.S. the only communication we have is when I pick my daughter up and bring her home.
