Hey,
I have this problem....whenever I start to date a guy I am always very cool to the idea of having a relationship, especially if they are interested in me....however, as things start to go pear shaped and finish in said dating relationships, that is the only time when I realise I actually want to be with them but by then its too late. For example I just finsihed a 6 month relationship with a guy, and started dating a new guy...he was perfect and I had noticed him a long time ago as well (smart, extremely good looking etc.), he was really into me but I was lukewarm (he was very attractive, but for some reason was being neurotically picky even though this guy was pretty much the best you could get)...unfortunately that ended but now i realise I want him back so bad...

Now im dating another guy, and he is attractive but at the same time I can help but feel hesitant to him, why oh why do I only find guys attractive when they dont want me!!!!!

Because you don't actually have to have a relationship with them. The fantasy of a relationship is always more perfect than the actual relationship. As long as they don't want you, you can live in the fantasy.
