i think lots of people are easy going with stuff they don't see as important, like i am a vegetarian and as long as it doesn't have meat in it whatever is cool with me, unless i have a craving for something then i am not afraid to speak up about it.
The guy i have just started seeing offered to coook for me and so we went to the supermarket together and as we decided what groceries to get he was asking me prompting questions like "If you could go anywhere in the woerld to eat where would you want to go?" I just looked at him like he was crazy and he apaologized and explained that he was used to dating girls alot younger who could never make up tyheir mind cuz they didn't want to have an opinion he wouldn't like! I know that some people do that, sit through films they don't like, eat food they don't like, and a whole host of things becasue they are too scared to voice an opinion! I mean, i appreciate someone being considerate to my tastes but at the same time i am able to voice my desires when appropriate - it sounds as though you are the same way.
As for the affection thing, again, the guy i have just started to see is a lot more physically restrained than other relationships i've had, but i think i've matured because i really do appreciate not being slobbered over like a teenager.
