Group date or just me and her at the bars? Help...

Okay so here's the deal.

I just met this girl last Friday at a bar and we hit it off immediately. We ending up sleeping together that night and the night after that (yay for me! ) We then talked on Sunday, saw each other on Monday (really great deep conversation... no sex this time) , talked to each other again on Tuesday and Wednesday was the first time we didn't actually speak.

Now i never get so wrapped up in a girl right away but she seems pretty cool. My only problem is that Friday i'd like to take her out. But not sure where to take her. I just moved here, so i don't know that many people and if i ask her to go to the bars would it be awkward if it was just her and me? I mean, i just got out of a long term relationship and it seems like most bar get-togethers happen in a group. You know.... "me and a buddy are going downtown and i was wondering if you'd like to come..." Who knows, maybe i just have the totally wrong idea. Well, most of my friends don't like the downtown scene so when i want to go downtown at the last moment, i'm usually stuck going by myself

I could always go for the movie thing i suppose, but movie and dinner is just so bland and i've done it so many times i'd like to do something different. Plus, i'd also like to chill out and drink a little bit too (maybe get a little crazy afterwards? ) Any ideas, suggestions?

I'd like this girl to be more than just a **** buddy because i really like our conversations too... need some help.

Thanks,

LoveinNEB

I have more fun in a group date than one on one - but since you guys have done the "deed" then how urgent are you to be one on one with her without the "deed"?

There's less pressure when you have friends around. You can always get the alone time in the car on the way to and from especially if you take the scenic drive -

Since your friends don't do the bar thing do hers? Maybe you guys could meet up with some of her friends - maybe?

Why not ask her out to dinner, at some place where it takes a long time? That way you can enjoy plenty of conversation.

Crazy idea, I know.

Hmm.... I wonder if you and her think alike? She just called me up and asked me to go out to a bar w/ some of her friends. Cool beans!

Here's another question for ya... how much of seeing each other in the beginning of a relationship too much? Personally, so far i can't get enough of her. More than likely we will be hanging out all weekend... is this a good or bad thing?

Input?

Thanks,

LIN

Sorry I had to split on you but it was one of those days....big date + party = too much!!

Anyway - I think you can spend too much time together at first and possibly even get burned out on each other.....what I'm trying to say is too much too soon.

Everyone is different some couples are stuck like glue from the beginning but, me, I'm a runner if I feel like someone's moving in too fast I always bolt. Don't ask me why?

If you're feeling great then call and do something if she's available if you're having a bad day then just chill out at home or with your boys - where you don't have to "keep up appearances" if you know what I mean?

When I don't feel like going out I just hang with the girls and we eat chocolate and drink and then we all pass out. That's a pretty sight isn't it?
