My girlfriend of 4 1/2 years recently told me she wanted to take a break so she could go do her own thing. She also told me that it was partly because i did not do the little things for her enough like buy her cards, flowers, etc. this break lasted about 3 weeks and then 1 weekend i caught her lying to my. She told me she was gonna be babysitting but she wentout with another guy. At this time i told her that it was over, but she begged be to give her another chance and that she loved me with all her heart. I went down to her place the next night at her request (she wanted me to spend the night) and she did not seem very happy to see me. We talked a little while and she told me that she is not sure what she wants. She says that i am the only person that she can see herself marrying but right now she wants some time apart. She does not want me calling her of buying her cards or flowers like i have been over the past month because she says it confuses her. I love her with all my heart and i want to get back together even though she did lie to me about some things. She is 23 and i am 27 and we were both virgins when we started dating. I am not sure what to do or how i could get her back. I want to talk to her but she will get upset if i call. please give me some advice.
