Planning my Fijian wedding is FUN!
OK...just had to share...I love being engaged to the man I love, I love doing things for him, and trying to overcome my issues and be a better person...and I love planning our special day in Fiji.

I never thought I would be so excited about a)getting married b) actually being a bride and planning the big day...but I am! I have to make fun of myself in this regard, because in the past I have teased others for being such girly girls!

We'll be marrying in a little chapel by the sea, with about 20 of our close friends and family there with us... A Fijian choir will sing...and Fijian warriors will escort me to the chapel. Then afterwards, we'll have sunset photos, and then dine on a Fijian feast. The next day we'll fly to another island for our honeymoon.

I am having a beautiful slinky dress which I am getting made.

Mum and I are making placecards, and the guestbook etc...and I am making some welcome notes for our guests, and taking over candles for the ceremony and also reception.

Aaaahhhhhh....OK feel free to tease me too... or, anti-marriage campaigners, feel free to rain on my parade if you wish (sinner, and samson, I'm not mentioning any names here.. ) ... regardless, I am happy.

We are invited, right?! Airfare and hotel accomodations paid for all LSers?!

My fiance and I are getting married in Hawaii in December. We will be the only two there. I checked on prices to Fiji, but airfare runs about $2000.00 per person from my neck of da woods. You're sooooo lucky!

Think.....which part of Fiji are you going to. That is my dream vacation spot. If i had the money thats where im going!!! You are fo friggin lucky! Well i hope your special day is one to remember and congrats!

Thanks all...I was busting to share my excitement about it all.

We are marrying on Treasure Island (spending 5 nights there with our family and friends), then flying north to Matangi Island...and then going on to a surfing island for a week (we both surf)...so 3 great weeks!!!!!!!
