For the female and male perspective:

As we all know age does not dictate maturity as we have all encountered females/males who are boys and girls disguised as men and women. For those who find the journay into manhood/womanhood spiritually enlightening and a very intense experience, please share how you knew you were transistioning and the most significant moment of that experience. Also, please advise what attributes a woman/man possess which validate their womanhood/manhoodl?

Once heard a definition of maturity I really liked. "You know someone is mature when s/he puts the NEEDS of others before his/er own WANTS."
