It might sound weird - but there ARE many who favor feet. Why? I'm not sure, but everyone has something that totally drives them crazy - and for some, it is feet. I dont get personally turned on by feet, but I do enjoy seeing them/looking at them, because you don't see them when the person is wearing shoes and/or socks, which happens to be for more time than you usually see them without. I used to have a fetish about this one thing, but now it has passed and it doesn't do anything for me. So if it gets TOO weird for you - realize that it might be fleeting and go away before you realize it. It may stick around your whole life though - but even if it does, just realize everyone has SOMETHING that turns them on - and to have feet as that thing for you really isn't bad compared to a lot of other possibilities.
I actually know someone who is somewhat freaked out about foot fetishes too - but only because the people who have shown to have them are scary old drunk men who lick her toes. I'd be pretty freaked too if that happened to me. In a different environment and situation though - it is a completely different experience.

I think that depends on the woman. Similar to what someone else said, things work best when you understand your own sexuality, and find someone whose sexuality is compatible with yours. There is a wide range of human need and interest, and it's quite possible to find someone who appreciates similar things.
