Question to shy to talk and constantly thinking what she thinks of me PLEASE HELP :(
Hi,

My names Rob and im 15 any advice on stopping to be so shy!!!!
Every time I go upto a girl I have nothing to say, and constantly think to myself o my god what is she thinking about me, I dont know anything to talk about that doesnt make me sound like a total twat I always get the impression they dont like me yet they say they do.

Please help

I am not to sure what to tell you other than what I know as hard as it may seem,Don't let them know that you are worried about what they think just be yourself that is always the best way nothing is more unattractive to anyone than someone that is unsure of them self sorry if that didnt help but I think that you will figure it out and know how to handle it the more that you just go for it.
