solution to emotional eating - meal-flavoured gum! whaddyathink??
would you chew a piece of gum that tastes like a burger w/ fries? the good taste would make you feel better, w/out taking in all the unnecessary calories... or is the texture of the food RLLY necessary?

I know it's the texture for me because I like to feel it in my mouth as well as taste it, so perhaps grunchy Dorito gum??? Gooey, melty chocolate gum? Cheesecake gum I would do in a heartbeat!

Well, If all I had to do was lay out a few sticks of gum on Thanksgiving and then sit back and relax the rest of the day and not have any dishes to wash later --- he11 yes! I can do meal-flavored gum! I'll even lay out vitamins and water too!
