Help! Im looking for an effective excersize routine to fit my size and time.
I am fourteen and a size five to seven in juniors and a size four to six in womens. I am very curvy. I want a complete excersize routine but Id only have about an hour or less to excersize a day due to school and homework. Does anyone have any good excersize routines that would be good for me? I would like a combination or cardio and strength. I am kinda bulky so Im not looking to gain muscle. Im tired of being out of shape.
