My boyfriend and I have dated for two years now. And it seems as if everyday we get closer together romantically and emotionally and our friendship strenghtens more. And I love him very much.

He has been introducing me to his friends and family as his fiance but we have never discussed marriage seriously. He has been thru a bitter divorce before and I know that he is a little scared.

We're both med students and soon i need to decide where i want to practice. If he doesn't propose before this time, then I will apply for a residency at home(New York) and will have to leave him. He is from Florida and I know that he wants to go back there..

So lately, I've been a bit anxious and stressed because I don't know what to do. I don't want to push him into marriage, but I don't want to leave him, either.
