plz plz help me lose 5ibs off my tummy and tone w/o losing my thighs and butt!!!!!

plz plz help me lose 5ibs off my tummy and tone w/o losing my thighs and butt!!!!!

hey guys well im 15 and i like to work out and be fit ya know. im kinda busy but im willing to work hard and get fit and work out and stuff. i have like a little bit of fat in the middle of my stomach do you know what i mean?its like a little problem area ya know. but anyways i want to keep my butt and thighs but i want to lose weight on my tummy.

i would like tog et my tummy in good shape and get it firm and flat and have the "cuts" on the sides ya know defenition...also i have like just a tiny bit of fat above my ribs like underneath the back of where your bra stops lol, thats the only way i can think of explaining where it is sorry lol.but anyways i would like to tone my tummy and above my ribs and tone my arms a little and my legs firmer.

if you have any exercises or things to do that are fairly simple to tone my tummy, legs, arms, and above ribs area?i would like to lose like five pounds and thats it and just get toned.
other then exercises like little facts if you know any (such as drinking 5-10 glasses of water makes you burn calories and lose weight, stuff like that too if you could)

ive searched all over online and stuff and i cant seem to find much so if anyone knows anything like this please email me but i want to keep my butt and thighs so keep this in mind thanks a bunch for reading and responding to me

I'm a ballet dancer, so staying in shape is my job.

Drinking a full glass of water before and after every meal will totally help.
Also, try to stear away from fatty foods.
No fried foods or sweets.
Don't diet too much though cause you're only 15 and you may still be growing.
Eat lots of small snacks throughout the day as opposed to 3 complete meals this will spead up ur metabolism.
Then just do lots of crunches. Go to a gym for a day as a trial and ask a trainer what kind of crunches (not using machines) you would do for the target areas of ur consern.

Talking Lost soooo much more weight sso fast!

I used to almost weigh 200pounds and did not like it at all.And went trough alot.Using Big shirts,pants,alot.And we tried to go on the atkins die when i was about ten and diddn't stay on it very well.But when i was 12 we tried again and actually stayed on it we followed the rules everything.Now i'am turning 15 and absolutely love the way i look now all u have to do is for the first couple of week u do not have carbs or sugar.If it sounds hard it really is u go through withdraws and everything.and after those weeks u start to notice that u don't git that hungry so fast anymore and don't care for sweets.And if u stay on it really good u will lose so much wieght really quick.And after a couple months u can still cheat a little but make p for it whenever you can like if you are at a birthday party.^_^just git the atkins book or look it up.Bye.Hope you do it.It's really worth it.
