Talking Silly Question Could Anyone Answer It.
Hello,
I know this guy whos 5`11 weighs 250 pounds he lifts weights everyday and runs everyday his arms are 19in
legs 28in ,waist 38in i dont remember his chest size.Now would he be fit he also takes protein mixes.Im curious since I havent seen him in awhile what exactly would he look like?

It sounds like you might have an interenst in him after the time you haven't seen him.But do you know if he still runs is the key question and does he still do all the other stuff that he used to.If so i don't really think he would look like the hulk.Unless he was taking stairoids(can't spell good sorry u know what i mean though).He just must be in really look in really good shape and have nice abs.lol.

yes he runs every day and works out lifts weights hes also in the miltary
