confused in PA is what i am. i have been dating seriously with my girl for 3 years.
things were great, darn near perfect, we hardly argued, acouple here or there but never serious.
we talk about getting married all the time. even though i hadn't officially asked her to marry me.
i was just really waiting for the right time.

anyway this past weekend we were away with my family.
things were nice, everyone was talking about us, asking if i had asked her the big question yet.
and my gf was happier than ever, just taking it all in. she was flat out saying "just ask me so i can say yes"
type of things, waving the ring finger at me. subtle things to get my attention which is all fine things were good.

now i need to tell you we are in a bit of a long distance relationship. seeing each other every weekend for a couple days and talking every night. not sure if that matters.

now Sunday night is here we actually decide to make a preliminary guest list for our wedding. checking out reception sites things like that.

24 hrs later calls me and shes not sure if I'm the one. i can understand. its a huge decision. she needs time to think.
I'm ok with that i understand. 2 days go by, no call. so i call her to see whats going on.
and the conversation wasn't pretty. it was almost like a different person. saying things like shes not sure if she ever loved me. just evil things that are a total 180 from the last 3 years all most scary like.
she said she didn't mean the nice things she said thought our entire relationship.
which i can't believe it was her saying these things. she not that type of person.

i just don't know.
i left a few messages sayin, i still love her, take whateve time you need to straighten your feeling things out.
I'm just worried i don't want to lose her for good. this all seems just to weird.
any advice will be greatly appreciated

forgot whom was the last person i gave advices, but same trick to you:

leave her alone. dont call her.

if you ever call her, tell her she was right, you needed time to think about it, too.

mY Post is in the getting married section.I thgink you should read mine too.You may get an idea too, My advice is walk away for one month/no contact.She will miss you and come back.

I speak with my friends and they all say forget her. You lost your parents and she is selfish and leave it alone.But, i know the girl that was sweet and kind and loving. I LOVE THAT GIRL. SO EVEN IF PEOPLE LOOK AT HER ACTIONS BUT I KNOW WHAT SHE WAS. I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. i t is confusing. I have not spoken to my girlfriend in almost 4 weeks. Yet, I know she loves me. But, I NEED answers. So I decided to stop the talking and wait for her. She has to come on her own. I REFUSE TO BEG. i think you should do the same. It is a matter of our own respect. You know it stinks. You have to suffer over the holidays too. But, it will wotk to yout benefit. She will think about you, she will be without you during Christmas and new years eve , it may push her into making that call and realizing her love for you. She is confused in some issue , but she is the only person who knows? She will not talk about it? She needs time to realize how great you are. I think maybe , somebody is telling her not to marry or it is great to be single garbage. But it is all jealousy talking on their part. This is what i feel is going om in my relationship. yOU KNOW DAVE IAM GOING THRU THE SAME THING WITH A BOYFRIEND OF 2 YEARS IT SUCKS. ALL OF SUDDEN THIS GUY IAM SEEING DECIDES TO TURN UGLY. I THREATENED HIM AND HE THREATENED BACK. ITS ONE BIG MESS. IAM LEAVING HIM BE FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS AND MOVING ON THERE ARE OTHER WOMEN OUT THERE THAT WILL APPRECIATE YOU.
