If the husband or wife chooses to commit adultery the other normally will not have to pay alimony (provided that alimony or palimony is required). Because they chose to end the union. And of course he will have to have proof, but here in CA it seems that aligations are enough.
I am not in the middle of a custody deal or anything. I am just upset that aligations are enough because it just seems unfair to people who ARE in that situation.
