We were talking about getting married, but I took it lightly, not serious at all. But then he asked what my ring size was and I didn't know, so he told me I should go get it measured. After a week of thinking he wasn't serious I did get it measured. He hasn't brought it up since the day he asked me to do it, however he has brought up getting a house and a dog with me.

Sunday his mom kept saying things like how I'm her future daughter in law and all that. I know he would definately talk to him mom about this decision so I'm kinda feeling like he is going to ask.

But at the same time he said something to his mom when she was saying all that and wouldn't tell me what he said. I know he said "some people are more stubborn." So what does that mean?

Anyway, should I go ahead and tell him my size or should I wait till he brings it up again?

I think you should just leave one of your rings lying on the dresser so he can figure it out himself. Then you can just act like you don't know what's going on.

Why make him guess when he directly asked you.
