When's it ok to just fool around?

I live in a dorm and went out a couple of times with this girl across the hall. She's really nice, but kinda annoying, not my type, not to intellegent etc. etc. etc. actually, its not much fun hanging out with her at all...except she's really hot. she invited me over after a party one night and we were sitting on her bed and I wouldn't make a move cause I'm worried about hurting her real bad. of course at the same time i really really REALLy wanted to spend the night. I know sometimes girls just want to get some too so how do I know if its ok. I've been super careful not to imply anything that would make it seem I care for her more than I do. I've been hurt and refuse to hurt her, but at the same time there are things I'd really like to do... How do I make sure she doesn't feel more for me than I do for her?

I think it would be wrong for you to make a move,it may lead her to think that you want to be with her.
and from what i've read you don't want to be with her,if she feel like fooling around with you TELL her you dont want to ruin your friendship over a one night stand. If she agrees and still wants to do anything ,then by all means do what you want
