Will I get my divorce still??
I finally got my court date for this month on the 26th and my ex hubby said that he wont even show up. I want to know if I will still get my divorce if he dont show? I also forgot to say he sent in a letter to my lawyer saying he will sign if i agree to these precedings. I did it just so i can get my divorce and be done with him. Now he decides not to show. i a m worried that I paid all this money to my lawyer for me not to get my divorce. What should i do??? Anyone has any ideas?
