I just wanted to rant and share a thought thats helped take the pain away from my ex just emailing me with small talk, breaking NC.

For all the good things about his personality, he's not, at all..funny. It;s taken meeting new guys recently to highlight that this was something i was missing, really missing, in that relationship.

His email today was happy, upbeat, listing all his achievements since we've been apart, and it shattered my peace of mind(he broke up with me). But then I thought...until you become someone with humour...I don't regret losing you.I KNOW there is someone out there as amazing a person as you ..who also makes me laugh!

So maybe for those of you coping...with whoever you've lost...there is something that you've REALLY learned to value in your next lover.
