I find that when I ask a girl out on a date that the girl ends up just thinking it's two friends going out for dinner. I can see that being confusing if you already know this person as a friend for a while, however if it's someone you don't know that well at first then I'd think having dinner together would be a date where you are trying to get to know each other. I guess it's possible for new friends to do the same thing. So I ask you how exactly do you give the single that she is on a date? Thanks.
