I have never known my father my whole life. My mother was about 18 when she conceived and 19 when she had me. I can't type much more because I don't know that much. Here's the thing...

My mother asked me about last year if I wanted to meet him. I was speechless, she never talked about him or NOTHING my whole 18, at the time, years of my life. I hesitated and said no. I now regret doing that and would like to meet him now.

I am going to be going to school in another city and that city is apparently where my father is...but the thing is how do bring up this sensible awkward topic with my mother again to ask her about him??

Have a word with your mother.
Ask her whether she thinks it would be a good idea, and why?

I think if you never did this, knowing you could have done, you'll regret it......
